TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPORTLY PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers

13.3 Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.
